We are currently looking for a Product Manager on expert/specialist level for our office in Zürich.

About the role:

Supporting our customers with their existing Trading and Asset solutions back office requirements; working with them to ensure the right solution is delivered, both now and strategically; and giving the customers confidence in our understanding of their business needs.

This role will be a dual role; working directly working with our customers on a daily basis, to help ensure we are delivering the solutions they have taken also, working with the wider TAS team helping to prepare strategic work for development.  

About the team:

You will be also working with other Solution Managers in the Trading and Asset team along with development, thought leaders and pre-sales, helping coordinate strategic delivery of our best of breed solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Support existing back-office customers; with their deep back-office processes; covering Settlements, Documentation, incl Swift and General Ledger, including hedge accounting.
  • Working with all our other back-office customers to understand their needs and decide which are common requirements that also fit our strategy/roadmap for our back-office solutions.
  • Able to present our back-office solution functionality and roadmap to customers
  • Working with other TAS team members to plan the future evolution of our back-office solutions.
  • Working with other TAS team members to co-ordinate the development according to capacity.

What you bring:

  • Extensive business knowledge of our clients’ business and fully understanding the required workflows
  • Understanding the full lifecycle workflow that feeds into, and which is part of the back office solution
  • Strong General Ledger knowledge, especially of the Swiss Government Hedge Accounting standards.
  • Deep technical skills including SQL, ICS, Crystal Reports
  • Able to work well under “time pressure” to fulfil contractual commitments/turn-around times
  • Business fluency in German (preferably: Swiss German)
