Position Summary
In this role, you will lead the commercial strategy and life-cycle management for assigned rheumatology products to achieve annual sales and margin targets. This role includes leading a sales force and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure market access, brand growth, and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead the brand and manage the full product life cycle from launch, ensuring competitive and sustainable positioning.

  • Define and implement the business plan, including objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), in coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and execute the Annual Brand Plan and Long-Range Plan: commercial planning, brand positioning, life-cycle management, demand planning, resource allocation, and identification of risks and opportunities.

  • Perform market analysis using audits, market research, and field intelligence to identify stakeholder pain points and unmet needs (physicians, patients, payers/administrators) and convert them into actionable insights.

  • Ensure effective implementation of strategy in the field by working closely with the sales force and making timely adjustments to meet market needs and maintain competitiveness.

  • Accelerate private and public market access for assigned products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/administration, economics, chemical/biological sciences, health, pharmacy, public health, or a related field.

  • Experience as a product manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with specialty/high-cost portfolios.

  • Experience with government (public) market access.

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or in leading/managing a sales force.

  • Availability to travel up to 30% of the time and advanced English proficiency.

  • Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, results orientation, and strategy development & execution.



Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience with rheumatology portfolios.

  • Experience launching specialty/high-cost products.

  • Demonstrated leadership managing a sales force.
