About the role

As the Senior Agile Product Manager, you will partner with global financial institutions to shape, plan, and deliver capabilities that improve fund operations and investor servicing. You will translate complex fee structures and reporting needs into clear product outcomes and prioritized work for Agile teams. You will guide discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement so clients receive accurate, timely, and easy‑to‑use solutions.

About the team

Be part of a cross‑functional group of product managers, analysts, engineers, and client specialists focused on building dependable features for private equity, hedge fund, and investor servicing workflows. The team collaborates closely with clients and operations, using Agile practices to turn feedback into working software that meets real‑world needs. As a Senior Agile Product Manager, you’ll join a supportive, delivery‑oriented culture that values clarity, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

What you will be doing

• As the Senior Agile Product Manager, set product vision and outcomes, maintain the roadmap, and lead Agile ceremonies to deliver valuable, high‑quality increments on a predictable cadence.
• Convert complex performance fees and distribution waterfalls across varied fund structures into clear requirements with unambiguous acceptance criteria; ensure calculations and outputs are accurate and auditable.
• Work directly with clients and internal operations to validate end‑to‑end workflows for fund accounting, investor servicing, and financial reporting; prioritize what matters most and communicate progress with transparency.
• Use client feedback and product data to make decisions, plan iterations, and adjust priorities to maximize value delivered.
• Support launches, migrations, and change management by coordinating set‑ups, documentation, training, and operational readiness.

What you will need

• 5+ years in product management or senior fund operations roles delivering software or platform capabilities with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of performance fee design and distribution waterfalls used by private equity and hedge funds.
• Hands‑on exposure to fund accounting, investor servicing, and financial reporting processes; ability to translate operational detail into clear product requirements.
• Proven client engagement skills with a record of balancing competing needs, setting priorities, and communicating decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.

Added bonus if you have

• A professional accounting qualification or significant leadership experience in fund administration.
• Experience leading operating‑model changes such as offshoring, process re‑design, or automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with building dashboards or analyses to inform product decisions.
