We are seeking an SAP integration specialist who will help define the product direction for SAP BTP Integration Suite testing and validation initiatives within Tricentis Tosca Cloud.
The ideal candidate understands how enterprises design, build, provision, test, and operate integrations on SAP BTP. In this role, you will collaborate with senior product leaders to translate real-world integration challenges into scalable product capabilities.
This is a Product Manager role with strong domain ownership. While deep SAP expertise is important, prior formal product management experience is considered a plus rather than a requirement.
What You Will Do
Help define the product direction for SAP BTP Integration Suite testing and automation
Contribute to shaping integration workflows between Tosca Cloud and SAP BTP
Support architectural decisions around connectivity, provisioning, and marketplace integration
Contribute to roadmap definition aligned with SAP’s Integration Suite evolution
Engage with SAP product teams and enterprise customers to understand real-world integration workflows
Help design experiences that support both developer and QA personas
Partner with engineering to translate integration scenarios into product capabilities
Drive structured planning and execution across cross-functional teams
What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
3–7 years of hands-on SAP integration experience
Strong familiarity with SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration / iFlows)
Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and architectures
Experience provisioning, configuring, or operating Integration Suite in enterprise environments
Domain & Customer Insight
Exposure to integration validation, regression testing, monitoring, or similar tooling
Understanding of developer and QA workflows within Integration Suite
Experience working across different customer environments or consulting contexts is a plus
Experience building scripts, accelerators, or internal tooling is a plus
Product & Communication Skills
Strong structured thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to translate technical integration challenges into product requirements
Comfortable collaborating with engineering and design teams
Interest in growing into a broader Product Management career path
Prior product management experience is an advantage but not required

We are under legal obligation in Austria to indicate the minimum salary, which is 45.738 EUR gross per year for this position, according to the IT collective agreement. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
