The Role

Donorbox is passionate about empowering nonprofits to raise more funds through a smooth and secure giving experience. While our donation forms are the engine, our Admin Dashboard is the cockpit. We are seeking a strategic and passionate Product Manager to join our growing team and lead the charge in evolving our SaaS Management capabilities.

You will be the product leader responsible for the "operating system" used by thousands of organizations. Your mission is to provide organizations using Donorbox as their fundraising platform with an easy, intuitive, and delightful Admin experience that enables them to perform their work efficiently, while surfacing new features and upgrades. You will report to the Group Product Manager (Campaigns & Org Exp) and work closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the product development and go-to-market strategy for critical administrative features, such as Sub-accounts for large enterprises, SSO, and advanced dashboard analytics.
  • Define and execute the SaaS lifecycle strategy to improve onboarding, activation, and retention for nonprofits globally.
  • Analyze SaaS metrics such as MRR, LTV, and activation rates to identify friction points and opportunities to improve the user journey.
  • Oversee Subscription & Billing Logic: Manage the strategy for subscription upgrades, downgrades, and churn prevention flows as part of the experience.
  • Collaborate with different teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance) to guarantee a unified strategy for account management, user roles/permissions, and notifications.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to deliver a roadmap that balances feature innovation with platform reliability.
  • Leverage your analysis skills to review the impact of pricing changes, churn reduction initiatives, and the ROI of new enterprise features.
  • Champion Trust, Safety & Verification: assist with immediate and long-term initiatives to mitigate spam and fraud, including identity verification (KYC) and content safety measures to protect the platform's reputation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM platforms, or Subscription Management.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching administrative dashboards, onboarding flows, or growth/retention features.
  • Strong grasp of Product-Led Growth (PLG) metrics, specifically around user activation, retention, and churn prevention.
  • You have a hands-on, analytical mindset and enjoy diving into data to measure product impact and success.
  • Experience with Trust & Safety or Identity Verification workflows (KYC/KYB) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of balancing technical debt discussions with stakeholder feature requests.
  • Experience working with enterprise-grade features, such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SSO, or Multi-tenancy (Sub-accounts).
  • Passionate about the nonprofit sector and driven to make a positive impact.
  • A global mindset that understands the diverse needs of organizations worldwide.
  • A keen eye for clean UX design, especially for complex configuration settings and data visualization.
  • Strong ability to analyze different business scenarios and cost structures
