See yourself in our team
The Core Foundations sits at the core of the bank’s operational transformation agenda. We deliver foundational, reusable capabilities that underpin the future of CBA’s operations—driving a material shift from traditional banking operations to a scalable, technology-enabled operating model.
You’ll join a Squad, responsible for delivering components of the strategic operations platform (One Ops), including shared UI patterns, orchestration layers, data services and AI-enabled workflows designed for enterprise-wide reuse.
As a Product Manager (PM), you will work alongside Product Owners and Crew Leads to plan and deliver defined initiatives or workstreams within this environment. You will support the mobilisation of a small, cross-functional team—spanning product, technology, operations, risk and change—to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to strategic priorities.
Do work that matters
As Product Manager supporting the Product Owner, you will help drive day-to-day delivery, backlog refinement and lifecycle activities across the squad. You will partner closely with the Product Owner and Senior Product Manager to operationalise priorities, uplift delivery maturity and ensure outcomes align to customer and enterprise needs.
Your role will focus on enabling effective execution—clarifying requirements, coordinating across stakeholders, tracking performance metrics and ensuring risks and dependencies are proactively managed. The work you do will directly contribute to platform adoption, speed to market and operational efficiency uplift.

Success in this role will be demonstrated through:
On-time, on-scope and well-governed delivery outcomes
