About the Team

The FIS Asset Finance platform supports commercial, retail, wholesale, and Auto Finance lending operations. The Solution Management team operates globally, partnering across product, technology, sales, and clients to deliver scalable, market‑aligned solutions within a highly collaborative environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead enterprise product strategy and transformation for FIS Asset & Auto Finance, aligning roadmaps, integrations, and platform modernization to market and client demand.
  • Own end‑to‑end client migration programs, defining standardized and configurable approaches, tooling, sequencing, and future‑state operating models.
  • Drive portfolio‑level execution and prioritization across concurrent transformations, balancing risk, cost, cycle time, and client outcomes.
  • Establish and govern transformation KPIs (adoption, cost‑to‑convert, cycle time, quality, regulatory integrity, and client satisfaction).
  • Oversee data and technology migration strategy, including data integrity, automation, conversion tooling, and post‑conversion stabilization.
  • Embed AI and automation into migration frameworks, delivering measurable ROI through reduced cycle time, cost, and error rates.
  • Lead cross‑functional delivery alignment across product, implementation, services, engineering, and architecture teams.
  • Partner with clients and commercial teams to align scope, pricing, incentives, and delivery commitments.
  • Own transformation governance and risk management, serving as senior escalation point for program, regulatory, and delivery risks.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with FIS Asset Finance and Auto Finance platforms, including lending, servicing, and data‑intensive transformations.
  • Proven leadership of large‑scale platform migrations or modernization programs in complex, regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise product strategy and execution, with accountability for outcomes and ROI.
  • Strong transformation governance and financial acumen, including portfolio prioritization, investment trade‑offs, and cost control.
  • Experience embedding AI and automation into product or transformation workflows, with measurable business impact.
  • Executive‑level stakeholder influence, driving alignment across product, delivery, sales, and client leadership.
  • Exceptional judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity, resolving risk and escalation at scale.
  • Clear, confident executive communication, suitable for client negotiations, steering committees, and senior leadership forums.
