General Description:

Under the direction of Senior Product Manager, Poland, the Candidate will have Product Management responsibilities.

The Candidate will play a key role in ensuring patient access to BeOne Medicines products by developing and executing marketing strategies for Poland, working closely with the local teams (Senior Product Manager, Commercial Director and field teams).

The Product Manager works closely with line manager to translate the international/European strategy into operational tactics and assets (marketing, promotional and disease awareness/education initiatives) to support the Poland and to achieve its targets. The Candidate contributes to developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy and is responsible for achieving defined commercial targets being supported by defined resources and investment budgets.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Drive the development of the Tislelizumab (Tevimbra®) as well as Zanubrutinib (Brukinsa®) in lymphomas indications marketing strategy, including omnichannel marketing activities
  • Contribute to cross-functional creation of Poland brand plans, and provide input on marketing tactics at national level in alignment with international brand plan
  • Partner with Senior Product Manager and Commercial Director in market development and marketing pre-launch and launch activities execution
  • Work with agencies, Senior Product Manager, Commercial Director, Sales teams and external stakeholders to design and develop customer-centric promotional tools/materials or carry out local adaptations for asset from other countries, owning the development process from beginning to end
  • Identify agencies/vendors/technologies/tools that can benefit the execution of tactics
  • Participate in and support the team in preparing BeOne Medicines presence at national congresses, scientific meetings, symposia and workshops
  • In close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Market Access, Medical, Commercial Operations and Business Analytics etc.) generate relevant Market Insights (Market Research, Commercial Ad-boards etc.) that help develop targeted tactics and show impact of implemented tools
  • Contribute to Commercial Operations activities such as (by not limited to) launch readiness tracking, Business Review preparation, Customer Relationship Management system implementation and roll-out
  • Plan and run regular trainings and updates for Key Account Managers (KAMs), partnering with Medical Affairs and Learning & Development
  • Co-own and manage the Marketing budget for Poland; co-own project management (contracts, invoicing, communication) for commercial activities and projects together with admin support
  • Ensure effective financial planning and review results to identify variances; develop action plans to address issues. Manage expenses to budget and deliver targeted profit contribution.
  • Establish strong relationships and act as BeOne Medicines ‘face’ with major stakeholders in the field like relevant regulatory bodies, payers, politicians, industry associations, distributors and Key Opinion Leaders supporting the organization in achieving its goals and objectives.
  • Ensure regular tracking and clear, meaningful reporting of relevant KPIs and overall performance of key BeOne Medicines initiatives, as well as market changes/competitor activities which are relevant to strategy implementation and development
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to ensure solutions and improvements are rapidly identified to optimize launch and improve patient access
  • Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct
  • Operate in line with BeOne Medicines' Code of Conduct and relevant policies for commercial and promotional activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct

Qualifications:

  • University undergraduate degree in science or business as a minimum; higher qualifications (MD, PhD, MBA) advantageous.
  • 5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector with 2+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical or biotech. Launch experience in Marketing, Product Management, Sales teams strongly preferred. Previous experience and knowledge of hemato-oncology and the field of lymphomas are an asset

  • Fluency in both verbal and written English, any other major European language of advantage

Travel: Approximately 30-40% of time
