About the role:
As Product Manager, you’ll own the product strategy and roadmap across our Consumer Broker and NAB partnership channels. From broker portals and API integrations to customer journeys and channel performance, you’ll be responsible for delivering scalable, seamless experiences that drive growth and operational excellence.

You’ll partner closely with engineering, sales, operations, risk, and external stakeholders to solve real customer and partner problems, optimise conversion, and unlock new opportunities across the lending journey.

This is a hands-on product role suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for two of Plenti’s strategic consumer origination channels, driving growth through seamless customer experiences, strong partner engagement, and scalable digital solutions. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll play a key role in shaping channel strategy, improving operational efficiency, and delivering meaningful commercial outcomes.

Broker Consumer Channel

  • Own and evolve the broker channel product roadmap across portals, quoting tools, applications, integrations, and broker journeys
  • Partner directly with brokers to understand pain points, uncover opportunities, and improve the overall experience
  • Lead API and platform integration initiatives with broker partners and aggregators
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to balance customer experience, scalability, and commercial outcomes
NAB Partnership Channel
  • Act as the primary product lead for NAB-facing digital integrations and experiences
  • Partner with NAB stakeholders and technical teams to manage priorities, roadmap alignment, and delivery outcomes
  • Improve the end-to-end customer journey across the referral-to-settlement funnel
  • Use data and insights to optimise channel performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure all product initiatives align with partnership obligations, compliance, and regulatory requirements

About you:
You’re a commercially minded Product Manager who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering seamless customer and partner experiences. You’re naturally curious, data-driven, and confident navigating both technical and business conversations — whether that’s working alongside engineers, influencing senior stakeholders, or identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation.

Key requirements:
  • 4+ years’ experience in Product Management or a related digital product role
  • Proven experience delivering digital automotive products and customer-facing digital experiences
  • Demonstrated success delivering consumer finance or lending products, ideally across broker, intermediary, or strategic partnership channels
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to guide decision-making
  • Exposure to fintech, lending, financial services, or other regulated industries
  • Confidence working with digital platforms, APIs, and system integrations
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with a strong focus on growth, innovation, and continuous improvement
