Product Manager - Performance & Enablement

Seattle, WA Full time

Team collaboration and performance capabilities are the backbone of effective productivity tooling. Without clear ownership, structured collaboration, and visibility into who is doing what, even the best tools devolve into disconnected tasks and missed handoffs. Strong team enablement turns activity into coordinated progress by aligning people, clarifying accountability, and enabling work to move forward without constant manual intervention. When done well, it doesn’t just support productivity, it multiplies it by helping teams operate with focus, speed, and confidence at scale.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Performance & Enablement domain, building the systems that drive real estate teams to operate effectively at scale. This role focuses on how users organize, collaborate, assign work, and maintain visibility across people and processes.

As the Performance & Enablement Product Manager, you’ll define and deliver experiences that help teams stay aligned, understand ownership, and execute work more efficiently. Success in this role means reducing coordination overhead, improving visibility into work and responsibilities, and enabling teams to operate with greater speed, clarity, and confidence.

About the Role

  • Own the end-to-end product experience that enables team leads and managers to coordinate client relationships across distributed teams, including ownership assignment, permissions, and visibility into client activity.

  • Define and execute a product strategy that improves how teams organize, delegate, collaborate, and manage client-related work and interactions.

  • Identify breakdowns in client coordination workflows and design solutions that reduce manual effort, improve communication, and prevent dropped or duplicated work.

  • Build systems that support clear ownership, tracking, and collaboration across client accounts and related activities.

  • Partner with design and engineering to create intuitive, scalable experiences for managing complex team-based client relationships.

  • Use data and user insights to improve adoption, workflow efficiency, and the quality of client coordination outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure team coordination capabilities integrate seamlessly across the broader customer and account experience.

  • Balance the needs of managers, team leads, and individual contributors to ensure clarity of ownership and smooth execution across all client touchpoints.

About You

  • Passionate about Redfin's mission.

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience ideally in B2B, SaaS, or collaboration tools.

  • Proven experience building products that support team workflows or organizational structures.

  • Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences.

  • A learner. You’ve demonstrated an ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in a complex area.

  • Someone with deep customer empathy. You can listen to users, understand their key problems, and develop intuitive solutions to these problems.

  • You have a track record of working on innovative problems that are ambiguous at the outset, simplifying complexity into something actionable.

  • Great communicator. You can distill a challenging problem into its essential elements, and clearly communicate your vision to the team and executives.

  • Analytical. You’re data-driven at your core, and aren’t afraid of rolling up your sleeves to take on a complicated analysis. You are able to articulate complex issues in a simple way.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
