Product Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Product Manager will lead the development and execution of launch excellence and growth strategies for an assigned portfolio in Singapore. This role is accountable for translating strategy into disciplined, high‑quality execution across the product lifecycle — from launch readiness through sustained performance.

Working closely with cross‑functional partners, the incumbent will drive strong execution, aligned planning and consistent follow‑through, ensuring plans are delivered on time, to standard, and with measurable business impact.

This role is well‑suited for a results‑oriented marketer with strong execution discipline, who takes ownership, works effectively in a matrix, and delivers outcomes in complex environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead end‑to‑end launch excellence planning and execution, including launch readiness, cross‑functional orchestration and post‑launch optimisation

  • Own development and execution of brand strategy and annual operating plans, with clear priorities, milestones and success metrics

  • Translate strategy into practical, executable plans, ensuring strong follow‑through and delivery

  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure field readiness, aligned priorities and effective execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team (CFT) on integrated and compliant execution

  • Track performance, identify execution gaps and drive timely issue resolution and course correction

  • Uphold high standards of quality, compliance and attention to detail across all activities

  • Demonstrate clear ownership for outcomes, proactively managing risks and dependencies

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

Education Minimum Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or a related field

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of product management or marketing experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare or a related industry

  • Experience contributing to major launches or critical portfolio initiatives

  • Strong execution discipline, with a proven track record of delivering plans end‑to‑end

  • Solid strategic thinking, with the ability to convert strategy into operational action

  • Strong project management and analytical skills, managing multiple workstreams effectively

  • Clear, confident communication and stakeholder‑management skills within matrix teams

  • High standards of professionalism, ethics and compliance, aligned with ways of working
