OVERVIEW
Join our Hong Kong as a Product Manager, Oncology, where you will play a critical role in driving sustainable business growth while improving outcomes for patients with cancer. This role is responsible for shaping and executing brand strategies that balance commercial performance, patient access, and long‑term value creation across assigned oncology brands.
Based in Hong Kong with responsibility for Hong Kong and Macau, you will shape product vision, strategy, and execution in a complex and dynamic environment. You will work closely with global, regional, and local cross‑functional teams, and thrive in a high‑performing, inclusive culture supported by strong development resources, mentorship, and opportunities for both local and regional career growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your Key Responsibilities:
As an innovative and entrepreneurial leader to design and execute the right strategic choices to transform business to the next level of growth, focus on opportunity spaces alongside cost optimization and execution excellence.
Develop and execute clear, insight‑driven brand and marketing strategies that support business growth while advancing patient access and outcomes.
Support brand P&L management, including sales forecasting, promotional budget planning, and tracking of key performance indicators.
Develop annual brand plans, including positioning, tactical priorities, and promotional execution aligned with overall portfolio strategy.
Partner closely with sales to translate strategy into effective field execution, including providing clear direction, tools, and training.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with medical, market access & policy, regulatory, supply chain, and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated brand plans.
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights, translating learnings into timely strategic and tactical adjustments.
Manage the product lifecycle, including launch preparation, in‑market optimization, and continuous improvement.
Support omnichannel activation initiatives, including digital and data‑driven approaches, to enhance engagement and impact.
Build and maintain productive relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and opinion leaders.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related scientific discipline.
3–5 years of experience across sales, marketing, and/or medical roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies using data, insights, and digital channels.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
Proven ability to work effectively across functions and influence without authority.
Customer‑focused, solutions‑oriented, and results driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
Self‑motivated with a growth mindset, resilience, and a commitment to high standards of execution.
Preferred
Oncology experience is an advantage.
