Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Product Manager to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and alignment of our product roadmap by reviewing the work of other product managers (PMs). Your focus will be on evaluating wireframes, technical research, and market research to ensure they meet our product vision and technical feasibility standards before progressing to design and development teams.
Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision for specific modules (e.g., Security, Kiosk Mode, Patch Management, or the new XDR platform).
Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end SDLC, from initial market research and PRD (Product Requirement Document) creation to post-launch optimization.
User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UI/UX leads to maintain Hexnode’s reputation for "complexity transformed into clarity" by designing intuitive dashboards.
Technical Research: Conduct deep-dive analysis into OS-level updates (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, Linux, visionOS) to ensure immediate support for new enterprise features.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering to assess technical feasibility and with Product Marketing to shape go-to-market strategies and messaging.
Customer Advocacy: Actively engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate them into actionable product improvements.
Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and competitors (like Microsoft Intune or Ivanti) to ensure Hexnode remains a "Leader" in analyst reports (Gartner, IDC, Forrester).
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. (MBA is a plus).
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of endpoint security frameworks, zero-trust architecture, and API-led integrations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to use data-driven insights to prioritize backlogs and measure product success (ROI, retention, and adoption).
Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Mindset: A "hands-on" approach with a passion for building scalable solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
