About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About the Role:
The Marketing Intelligence product team in Tel Aviv is at the forefront of building the next generation of marketing analytics on the Salesforce Platform — bringing together Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Tableau Next to deliver a unified, AI-powered measurement system for global marketers.
As a Product Manager, you will own a defined product area within the MI platform and lead it end-to-end — from discovery through delivery. You will work closely with Israel-based engineering and UX squads, and operate as a key partner to product leadership, Customer Success, and the global field organization. This is a role for someone who is ready to drive decisions independently, move fast, and ship features that have real customer impact.
You will be expected to bring both strategic thinking and execution discipline — translating customer feedback, field signals, and data into a clear, well-sequenced roadmap that your engineering team can build confidently and ship on cadence.
What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end product delivery for a defined area of the MI platform, working with Israel-based engineering squads in an agile, release-cadence environment.
Define and drive a clear product roadmap grounded in customer data, field feedback, usage analytics, and competitive signals.
Write crisp requirements and user stories that engineering teams can act on with confidence and minimal back-and-forth.
Partner with UX designers to deliver intuitive experiences for marketing operations, paid media, and analytics use cases.
Integrations Strategy & Roadmap: Identify, prioritize, and manage the integration of third-party data sources.
Technical Partner Management: Nurture and grow the relationship between MI and external data providers (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Channel Expansion: Research and lead the technical onboarding of emerging data sources, including Retail Media networks and Gaming platforms, to stay ahead of market trends.
Cross-Functional Support: Act as the subject matter expert for our connectivity stack, supporting global product and commercial teams on technical feasibility and delivery timelines.
Required Skills:
4–6 years of product management experience, with a track record of independently owning and shipping product features in SaaS or data-driven environments.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle; experienced working with agile engineering teams on a defined release cadence.
Data-driven mindset — you use adoption metrics, usage dashboards, and customer signals to prioritize, decide, and measure impact.
Ability to synthesize complex, competing inputs from customers, field teams, and engineering into clear, prioritized requirements.
Experience supporting sales and CS organizations through technical guidance, documentation, and direct customer engagement.
Strong cross-functional communicator who can operate effectively across product, engineering, design, and GTM — including across time zones.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required; core competencies will be evaluated across professional, military, volunteer, or leadership roles.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, marketing operations, or martech platforms.
Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, path analytics, or marketing mix modeling concepts.
Experience with UX design principles; ability to create wireframes or work closely with designers to define user flows.
Hands-on experience with or strong interest in AI agents, automation, and agentic product workflows.
Experience working on Israel-based product teams within a global, US-headquartered organization.
