PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

In this role, you’ll shape the strategy and delivery of critical marketing technology platforms that power how BECU connects with and serves its members. You’ll translate business goals into clear product roadmaps, ensuring platforms like CMS, CRM, DXP, and CDP deliver meaningful outcomes. By balancing vision, prioritization, and execution, you’ll help turn complex digital capabilities into cohesive, member‑centric experiences. Your work will directly influence how products evolve, scale, and create value across the organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: You’ll define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more products, systems, or applications aligned to a business function, ensuring priorities support BECU’s broader business strategy.
  • Strategic Product Recommendations: You’ll provide informed recommendations for products, systems, and applications, grounding decisions in business goals, platform capabilities, and long‑term value creation.
  • End‑to‑End Product Delivery: You’ll guide the flow of research, concept development, UX design, prioritization, and delivery to ensure platforms are thoughtfully built and continuously improved.
  • Release Planning & Prioritization: You’ll be accountable for release goals and priorities across one or more capabilities, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
  • Performance Measurement: You’ll monitor and report on product performance metrics, using data to evaluate effectiveness and guide future decisions.
  • Data‑Driven Storytelling: You’ll present product ideas, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization using clear, compelling data.
  • Continuous Learning & Improvement: You’ll track insights and lessons learned over time and recommend adjustments to the product roadmap as business needs evolve.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: You’ll maintain ownership of assigned products and systems throughout their full lifecycle, from concept through optimization.
  • Vendor Partnership Support: You’ll support product‑related vendor relationships in close partnership with senior leaders.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: You’ll partner with stakeholders across technology, data, digital, and marketing teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Member‑Centered Design: You’ll bring the voice of the member into product design and decision‑making to ensure experiences are relevant and impactful.
  • Financial Accountability: You’ll be accountable for product financials, budgets, and approved expenses.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: You’ll coordinate information sharing across teams and maintain clear, written procedures for all owned products.
  • Additional Contributions: You’ll take on other responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of product management, product development or product operations or equivalent experience with platform technology.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience in agile environment.
  • Self-directed and able to identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, influence, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing highly effective cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation skills.
