We're looking for a results-driven Product Owner to align roadmaps with business goals and user needs. You'll lead a 3-month to 18-month roadmap, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive informed decisions. You will focus on enhancing user experience, overseeing integrations, and fostering adoption through training and support.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Business Analysis and Governance.

Posting Type: New Position.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $96,730 - $130,336.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Accountable for maximizing the value of the product suite by ensuring the roadmap and backlog is aligned with business goals and user needs.

  • Develop and execute a 3-month to 18-month roadmap.

  • Facilitate informed budget decisions and prioritization by partnering with stakeholders and platform administrators to develop and evaluate business cases.

  • Manage all elements of the product lifecycle, including data analysis, stakeholder requirements, vendor selection, and end user change management.

  • Collaborate with platform administrators and developers on configurations, integrations, and enhancements.

  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop to monitor platform user experience and adoption, solicit feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Lead training and onboarding programs to ensure teams are proficient in using the product, while driving improvements in knowledge management and documentation.

  • Provide support to end users and internal teams to answer questions, investigate and troubleshoot issues, and validate solutions.

  • Perform research, query data, review external documentation, technical specifications and other bulletins to stay current on platform updates, industry trends and best practices.

  • Maintain a high level of transparency and communication through proactive interactions with PMO and platform teams. Foster collaborative relationships with internal partners to ensure the success of the overall roadmap.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with Jira as a core platform.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira's role in supporting agile teams.

  • Experience with Jira administration, including workflows, custom fields, permissions, and automation.

  • Experience in strategic planning, project lifecycle management, portfolio management, and change management.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira Service Management, and other Atlassian tools is a plus.
