About the Role
Salesforce's DET IT Finance organization is looking for a Product Manager to lead the product strategy and delivery for our Record to Report (R2R), Acquire to Retire (A2R), Treasury & Banking capabilities. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Finance and Technology, where you'll shape how our internal Finance teams operate at scale and help drive a more intelligent and automated accounting and transaction processing function. You'll be the connective tissue between Finance stakeholders and Engineering, turning complex business requirements into elegant, scalable solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and evolve the end-to-end product roadmap for Business Assets, General Ledger, Treasury & Banking, ensuring alignment with Finance business priorities and the broader DET platform strategy
Partner deeply with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury stakeholders to surface pain points, define requirements, and maintain a prioritized, outcomes-driven backlog
Lead discovery, design, and delivery of solutions spanning A2R, R2R, cash management, and treasury management process areas
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, and QA to drive on-time, high-quality releases that meet business and compliance requirements
Define and track KPIs that measure product adoption, process efficiency, and tangible business value
Lead strategic projects with extensive business impact and leadership visibility
Represent DET Finance in cross-functional forums, SteerCo reviews, and executive-level updates — communicating clearly and with confidence at all levels
Identify and champion opportunities to create an "Agentic Enterprise", leveraging Agentforce capabilities to bring intelligence and automation to Finance workflows
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on enterprise IT, ERP applications and Finance process areas
Functional knowledge of Record to Report & Acquire to Retire processes including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting
Functional knowledge of Treasury & Banking operations — Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Payments & Settlements
Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance stakeholders and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
Strong communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
Strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of SaaS enterprise solutions including technical architecture, data security, extensibility, workflows, reporting, data security and periodic intake of new functionality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise Finance platforms such as Workday Financials, Oracle Cloud, Kyriba, SWIFT, or equivalent ERP/treasury systems
Familiarity with Salesforce / AgentForce platform capabilities and how they can be applied to Finance use cases
Experience working within an IT product model, including agile delivery practices and backlog management
Exposure to agentic AI or automation technologies in a Finance or enterprise context
