Product Manager Intern– 4-month Internship/Co-op (Fall 2026)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Salary range (but not limited to):

57,000 - 71,200

We are looking for a Product Manager Intern  for our growing product operations team! 

 

What you’ll do here:  

  • Produce and maintain detailed documentation of product processes, including workflows, guidelines, and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and improve the product onboarding and training program, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and useful.

  • Create onboarding materials, such as quick start guides and tutorials, to help new members integrate effectively.

  • Collaborate in creating product management training tailored to teams and audiences.

  • Participate in product community practice sessions to exchange and document best practices.

  • Conduct research on best product practices to inform process development and optimization.

  • Participate in the evaluation and analysis of tools (with and without AI) for integration into workflows.

  • Work closely with various teams to ensure documentation reflects the needs and contributions of all involved departments.

  • Support the use of product tools and ensure they are used to their full potential.



What you bring to the table:  

  • Degree in project management, industrial engineering, IT (software engineering or data science), or related disciplines in progress

  • Strong interest in product management and documentation processes.

  • Curiosity about AI tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country. 

  • No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada. 

  • Available 35 hours a week from September 8 to December 18, 2026

  • Must be actively enrolled in a post-secondary institution for the duration of the internship .
