The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Product Manager to support product and marketing activities across our Infusion Therapies & Platforms portfolio. In this highly rewarding role, you will work with a world‑class cross‑functional team to deliver effective go‑to‑market strategies, support tender activity, and drive sustainable commercial growth.

This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and external collaborators to deliver outstanding solutions for healthcare customers. Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert for the Infusion Therapies & Platforms portfolio

  • Support the development of commercial and marketing strategies through market analysis and customer insights

  • Prepare and present the marketing strategy in line with commercial excellence frameworks

  • Stay up-to-date with market dynamics through customer interactions

  • Drive targeted sales and profitability in accordance with the marketing plan

  • Partner with the sales team to deliver targeted campaigns, promotions, and account strategies

  • Provide data-driven insights and tools to support tender submissions, contracting, and customer engagement

  • Lead the development and execution of coordinated marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate the execution of the commercial strategy through tender submissions and collaboration across operations, supply chain, customer support, and finance

  • Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and wholesalers

  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop campaign assets aligned with budget and strategy

  • Engage directly with customers to deliver value messaging and gather actionable market insights

  • Gather and present data related to the Hospital PVC Recycling Program and Ward Delivery Service to aid customer value propositions and decision-making

  • Develop P&Ls and pricing templates for tender submissions

  • Maintain customer-facing product information, including factsheets.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Medical Science/Healthcare/Business/Management, or related fields

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Marketing and/or Sales, preferably within the medical device/pharmaceutical industry

  • Solid working knowledge of the MS Office suite

  • Proficient MS Excel skills and experience building and interpreting Profit and Loss models

  • Positive relationship management and project management capabilities

  • Understanding of the Hospital Medical Products and devices market in Australia and New Zealand is desired

  • Highly developed interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

  • Cross-functional collaborative approach and ability to work well with others

  • Ability to competently present to groups from front-line to executive

  • Willingness to travel interstate as required.
