Product Manager III (Enterprise Data & Analytics | Physician Business Line)

Remote, USA Full time

Product Manager III (Enterprise Data & Analytics | Physician Business Line)

As a Product Manager III on the Enterprise Data and Analytics Platform team, you will own a defined product area within our analytics ecosystem focused on the physician business line and deliver data products (primarily Power BI dashboards and reporting) that help health system partners improve revenue cycle outcomes such as on-time billing and collections.

This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of a defined analytics product area. You’ll lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, and delivery in close partnership with engineering and business stakeholders. To thrive, you’ll need to be comfortable operating in the technical details (data definitions, metrics, intermediate SQL, dashboard requirements) while translating stakeholder needs into clear, actionable work for engineering.  You will partner closely with engineering, operations, performance management, and finance, as well as external stakeholders across enterprise health systems and independent physician practices.

What you will do

  • Own and evolve analytics products for the physician business line, with emphasis on Power BI dashboards and partner-facing reporting.
  • Lead the product delivery lifecycle from intake and discovery through definition, build, launch, and iteration ensuring timely delivery and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Run requirements gathering and translate business questions into measurable definitions (KPIs, logic, filters, drill paths, user workflows).
  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog of enhancements, bug fixes, and new requests by balancing partner needs, business impact, technical complexity, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate dependencies across the data & analytics ecosystem (engineering, upstream data teams, other PMs) and make tradeoffs between scope and schedule.
  • Partner with engineering using Agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban/Hybrid) and support execution through Azure ADO
  • Use SQL to validate requirements, spot-check logic, and support data investigations.
  • Ensure dashboards and reporting outputs are usable, reliable, and trusted, with clear metric definitions and strong stakeholder alignment.

What success looks like

  • First 30 days: Learn the physician product surface area line, key stakeholders, and current dashboards/metrics; gain access to tools and establish operating cadence.
  • By 90 days: Independently drive intake, clarify requirements, prioritize the backlog, and consistently deliver partner-facing reporting improvements.

Required qualifications

  • Product management experience delivering data, analytics, or reporting products.
  • Intermediate SQL ability (write queries, validate metrics, investigate discrepancies).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with product delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall and/or analytics delivery best practices).
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with engineering and non-technical stakeholders; excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with Snowflake (Snowflake SQL preferred).
  • Healthcare and/or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience (nice to have, not required).
  • Experience supporting external clients or enterprise partners and managing competing priorities.
