About Microblink
Microblink builds cutting-edge AI-powered identity and document intelligence solutions used by some of the world’s most trusted brands. Our mission is to help businesses verify users, detect fraud, and build seamless digital onboarding experiences—without compromising user safety or privacy.
As a Product Manager for the Identity Platform, you will shape the foundation that powers our verification, fraud detection, and trust solutions. You will own the product strategy and technical roadmap for core identity services, working at the intersection of computer vision, machine learning, security, and high-scale enterprise workflows.
Why This Role Matters
Identity is at the core of Microblink’s mission—and the Intelligence Platform is the backbone of all BlinkID, Verify, BlinkCard and fraud screening capabilities. This is a high-impact role that spearheads our most strategic initiatives, including scaling identity verification globally, expanding fraud detection capabilities, strengthening compliance and trust signals, and shaping how customers integrate and deploy mission-critical identity workflows.
You’ll own end-to-end product cycles—from deeply technical design through GTM execution—and help lead Microblink into its next chapter of platform-level maturity. Your impact will be measured not only in features shipped, but in how reliably and intelligently our customers can verify users at scale.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microblink’s Identity Platform—including identity verification, fraud detection, risk scoring, and IAM integrations.
- Partner closely with ML, engineering, design, and compliance teams to build secure, scalable, and robust identity workflows.
- Translate market and customer needs into clear technical requirements, with a deep understanding of identity protocols, fraud vectors, and verification signals.
- Lead full product lifecycle ownership—from technical discovery to release planning, rollout, measurement, and iteration.
- Collaborate with GTM teams (Sales, Solutions, Partnerships, Marketing) to position the platform, shape pricing/packaging, and enable enterprise-scale adoption.
- Engage with customers and partners to understand identity use cases, friction points, fraud challenges, and integration requirements.
- Define success metrics, measure performance of identity signals and models, and ensure continuous improvements in accuracy, speed, and fraud detection efficacy.
- Ensure compliance alignment for KYC, AML, regional identity regulations, and privacy standards across markets.
- Drive cross-team alignment across engineering, data science, GTM, and leadership to maintain velocity and clarity in a complex technical domain.
You’ll Be Successful in This Role If You Have
- 6+ years minimum of product management experience, with at least 2-3 years in identity verification, fraud detection, or IAM (e.g., KYC, AML, document verification, authentication, e-IDs, risk scoring, or trust & safety).
- Demonstrated experience shipping high-scale, enterprise-grade, deeply technical products across multiple development cycles.
- Strong understanding of identity signals, verification pipelines, biometrics, ML-based decisioning, or fraud detection techniques.
- Experience with identity standards and protocols (e.g., NIST, FIDO, verifiable credentials, device intelligence).
- The ability to speak fluently with engineers about system architecture (APIs, SDKs, model performance, security) and with business stakeholders about risk, ROI, and customer impact.
- Proven GTM experience—including customer discovery, positioning, technical sales enablement, and post-launch iteration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
- A data-driven mindset and comfort working with analytics, experimentation, and model metrics.
