Product Manager - Home Tours & Event Scheduling

Seattle, WA Full time

Touring a home is the moment where "I’m just looking turns into I’m home". This moment is often the first time a buyer forms an emotional connection to a property and sets the stage for a lifelong partnership between a home buyer and a real estate agent. A seamless, well-orchestrated experience builds confidence, keeps buyers engaged, and helps them move forward faster, while also enabling agents to operate more efficiently. When done right, home touring doesn’t just support the buying process, it accelerates it by turning curiosity into commitment.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our home tours and event scheduling experience. This role sits at the center of the customer journey, enabling prospective buyers to seamlessly schedule, and attend property tours, while equipping agents and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

As the Home Tours and Event Scheduling Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with Growth and Routing teams to shape how customers engage with listings and how real estate professionals manage availability, logistics, and communication. Success in this role means reducing friction, increasing tour volume, improving conversion from interest to transaction, and consistently delivering high-quality, reliable interactions at scale.

About the Role

  • Own the product experience for home tours and event scheduling across web and mobile, in a two-sided platform.

  • Identify and eliminate friction in the scheduling experience for both customers and real estate professionals.

  • Build and optimize scheduling systems, including availability management, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling flows.

  • Define and execute a product strategy that increases attendance rates, post-tour satisfaction, and downstream conversion.

  • Leverage data and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve performance.

  • Partner with design, engineering, data, and operations to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.

  • Balance marketplace dynamics, ensuring a high-quality experience for both supply (agents/listings) and demand (buyers/renters).

About You

  • Passionate about Redfin's mission.

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace, scheduling, operations-facing or productivity products

  • You have a track record of working on innovative problems that are ambiguous at the outset, simplifying complexity into something actionable.

  • A learner. You’ve demonstrated an ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in a complex area.

  • Someone with deep customer empathy. You can listen to users, understand their key problems, and develop intuitive solutions to these problems.

  • Great communicator. You can distill a challenging problem into its essential elements, and clearly communicate your vision to the team and executives.

  • Experienced working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

  • Analytical. You’re data-driven at your core, and aren’t afraid of rolling up your sleeves to take on a complicated analysis. You are able to articulate complex issues in a simple way.
