The Product Manager role leads product ideation, development, and launch, driving product success through strategic definition, insight gathering, and cross-functional collaboration.
Accountabilities
Develop and implement product marketing plans aligning with overall business objectives (revenue and acquisitions) and market trends.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation concept to launch and post-launch performance analysis, ensuring offerings meet market demands.
Responsible in conducting in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and target audiences.
Collaborate closely and build strong engagement with cross-functional teams across the business including Channels, Product Development, Brand Marketing, Legal, Finance and IT to deliver successful product and campaign launches.
Monitor, analyse, and report on product performance and campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation in a fast-paced setting - leveraging insights of your own, and from the ground.
Keep abreast of market trend and competitors’ movement
Who are we looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing
• Good time management skills with strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience
• Leading diverse projects together with cross-functional teams for desired
outcomes.
