As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle, governance, and innovation of digital solutions across service lines. In this role, you will ensure products align with strategic goals, address evolving business needs, and deliver measurable value. This role owns the Luminai platform as a product, with a focus on building the strategic roadmap and translating it into clear, actionable plans for execution across projects. You will work closely with the Luminai vendor team, not only as a delivery partner but as an active collaborator to drive outcomes and continuously improve the platform.

This position collaborates cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and engineering teams to identify challenges, translate insights into actionable solutions, and drive innovation that challenges the status quo. Key responsibilities include defining product vision, developing clear and actionable roadmaps, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation through deployment. The Product Manager plays a critical role in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across teams and effectively communicating product impact to senior leadership. A strong data-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

A caregiver in this role works remotely in Ohio or Florida, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with travel up to four times per year.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Lead planning and execution efforts to expand capabilities and value of products.

  • Drive delivery of business value across products.

  • Expand product capabilities to meet business and clinical requirements.

  • Use data analytics to guide decisions, refine products iteratively, and report progress and measurable outcomes to senior leadership, aligning products with Value Stream goals.

  • Collaborate closely with IT and engineering teams to ensure cohesive, scalable, and forward-thinking digital architecture.

  • Champion transformative digital solutions by leveraging technology to meet evolving healthcare needs.

  • Define product roadmap and vision that aligns with the organization’s digital transformation goals and drives long-term, impactful solutions.

  • Set clear timelines and milestones to guide development and evaluate product success.

  • Provide regular, concise updates to senior leadership on product vision, progress, and measurable outcomes, aligning with organizational goals and ensuring all stakeholders understand the value and direction of digital initiatives.

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycles from ideation and planning to development, testing, and deployment, ensuring all products meet high standards of usability, effectiveness, and clinical relevance.

  • Regularly assess and refine products based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving organizational needs, ensuring a balance between short-term improvements and strategic transformation.

  • Implement an iterative approach to product refinement, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance product functionality, efficiency, and clinical value in response to feedback and new insights.

  • Validate service delivery catalogue.

  • Oversee product performance, care and feeding.

  • Support delivery of capability, value, and innovation.

  • Support technology and capability adoption.

  • Support product standardization and best practices.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Four additional years of functionally related technical experience may offset the degree requirement

  • Three years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager in an IT or technology-focused environment

  • Proven track record of leading digital product transformations and driving measurable impact

  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical fields

  • *For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within six months of position start date

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Experience with end-to-end ownership and management of healthcare products/platforms within a provider environment, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and financial goals

  • Experience with healthcare systems such as Epic and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms

  • Exposure to AI-driven business process augmentation, including automation and data-driven workflow improvements

  • Strong business stakeholder management experience, including engagement with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to align priorities and drive outcomes

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and scalable digital solutions

  • Experience collaborating across IT, clinical, and business teams in a complex healthcare environment

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while delivering measurable value and improving operational performance

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
