The Guest Order History (GOH) product is a critical enterprise platform that serves as the single source of truth for Target’s guest purchase history across digital and store channels. GOH powers APIs and intelligence layers that enable operational, analytical, and guest-facing use cases across the enterprise, from post-purchase visibility to fulfillment optimization and CRM personalization.

Role overview:

As the Product Manager for GOH, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the product that underpins Target’s post-purchase experience. You will partner with engineering, data science, guest experience, and enterprise teams to deliver scalable, intelligent capabilities that improve guest satisfaction, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to Target’s top- and bottom-line growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Guest Order History platform, aligning with enterprise goals and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Lead product discovery and prioritization for API enhancements, data integrations, and new intelligence features that power post-purchase experiences.

  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalability, latency reduction, and data accuracy across digital and store orders.

  • Collaborate with Guest Services to deploy AI-driven capabilities that improve TGS agent productivity and reduce average handle time (AHT).

  • Define success metrics and monitor performance to continuously improve data quality, platform reliability, and business outcomes.

  • Champion a culture of innovation, guest empathy, and data-driven decision-making across the team

As a Product Manager, you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product.  You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as, customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a product.

You will be the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you

  • 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience

  • Strong communication skills, building trust relationships with stakeholders, influencing teams across the organization, managing conflicts, and adapting to an ever-changing environment

  • Experience with AI/ML-driven product capabilities or predictive analytics.

  • Experience with analytics and ability to facilitate communication between business and analysts

  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)

  • Proven ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners

  • Proven ability to manage a large list of priorities, and provide transparency to stakeholders on expected time of completion
