Job Description Summary:
The role defines and executes product strategy, drives product roadmap, and collaborates with cross-functions teams to deliver SIMO (Strategic Initiative Management Office) Product Portfolio based on business needs while considering resources constraint. The roles will leverage data-driven insights, analysis, and users feedback to prioritize features and optimize product performance throughout the product lifecycle.
Job Description:
Product Vision and Roadmap: Define vision and strategy for SIMO Product development considering insights, analysis, and users feedback
Incident Response & Management : Lead incident handling, prioritize resolutions within SLAs, and conduct post-incident reviews.
User Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand users needs for future development and users feedback for existing product improvement
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and development to launch, post-launch analysis and prioritize potential iterations.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: monitor Product performance using key metrics and data analysis, and use the information to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Technology & Tools Enhancement : Evaluate and recommend tools to optimize command center functions and performance monitoring.
Compliance & Security : Ensure adherence to security protocols, regulatory policies, and organizational data protection standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT teams, senior management, and external partners to enhance service continuity and effectiveness.
Industry & Best Practices Awareness : Stay updated on trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in operations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, Master’s degree is a plus.
Have 8–12 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or related roles.
Proven track record of delivering data-driven or AI-powered products.
Experience in agriculture, supply chain, or industrial operations is a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve the quality and speed of product development is a plus (e.g., prototyping using AI tools).
Proven experience launching AI-powered products (e.g., chatbot/LLM, OCR/image analysis, etc.).
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to link product initiatives to business outcomes (yield, cost, efficiency).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong user-centric mindset with ability to translate field needs into scalable solutions.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
High ownership, execution focus, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
