Product Manager- Fraud

Our Product team is hyper-focused on creating products that solve real-world problems in the crowdsourced delivery space. We are looking for a data driven Product Manager to develop and execute a vision to proactively combat fraud on our platform and continuously optimize our compliance products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across departments to understand business goals, work with legal constraints, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside the Product Lead of People, Pay, and Compliance to identify goals, direction, and day to day execution of the Fraud and Compliance Roadmap
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders (e.g., Trust and Safety, Legal, Finance) to understand the goals and constraints of the business
• Work cross functionally across mobile, web, backend engineering, and data science teams to produce solutions that combat fraud while maintaining a high quality user experience
• Use data to facilitate discussions on why and how to prioritize projects
• Develop instrumentation to monitor performance and identify fraudulent users throughout all parts of the Roadie ecosystem
• Craft a vision and strategy to continuously ensure that Roadie stays compliant with the necessary regulations while preventing abuse

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product management, or relevant experience in data analytics and project management
• Proven experience shipping quick features to solve complex problems
• Experience collaborating with development, QA, and data science teams in an agile environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work across teams to accomplish goals
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization with a demonstrated ability to make decisions based on data
• Experience using Jira and other product management tools, or ability to quickly learn
• Experience with gig economy platforms, logistics, and/or fraud is a plus
