We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join the team and support us with our food supplement brands.

Key responsibilities

Portfolio enhancements and portfolio maintenance:

  • Brand communication planning, development and execution within different channels and mixing product portfolio and promotions

  • Build and maintain strong portfolio performance knowledge by building and maintaining portfolio performance dashboard, collect insight from regions etc

  • Analyze product portfolio performances (sales, margins, customer satisfaction indicators) in order to suggest relevant product discontinuation, or any cross-sell activity, repricing, or any sales incentive activity

  • Stay aware and very well informed about the market trends through market reports, webinars, interviews with peers, customers etc

  • Manage product discontinuation by implementing necessary internal and external communication

  • Keep up to date the products labels, packaging, and other regulatory information’s

  • Contribute and follow up with cross functional core project team to guarantee the implementation and execution of the Marketing and Communication action plan at launch and throughout the year

  • Support in preparing presentations, analysis or internal documents for key stakeholders and management

  • Work on product asset development and sharing for internal and external use

  • Keep Management team up to date with sales and product performance results

  • Be the ambassador of your brand in digital or physical sales and distributor events

  • Support the Category Manager in the day to day operations to achieve the strategic objectives of the Category

  • Build internal and external relationships

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business Management, Economics or in another relevant field

  • 2 years working experience in product management in FMCG, Telecom or Retail brand

  • Prior skin care and/or food supplements experience is a plus

  • Entrepreneurial Like to take initiative and demonstrates leadership capability

  • Flexible and able to manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of priorities

  • Able to work cross-functionally at all levels

  • Confident and like to work independently, likes to be proactive

  • Fast learner.

  • Excellent capacity to adapt to a perpetual moving & changing environment

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

  • Strong coordination and anticipation skills

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Growth – minded and positive

  • Strive for a continuous improvement in efficiency

  • Organized, have an analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Excellent knowledge in office pack (Excel, Word and PowerPoint champion)

  • Team player and eager to work in an international environment

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
