• Implement tactics plan for assigned products
• Design & implementing marketing activities and programs
• Conducting marketing research
• Adaptation and development of promotional material.
• Develop product key information, sales manual and carry out product training
• Tracking of product, market and competition. Sales analysis. Proposal of corrective actions.
• Close collaboration with the sales team ensure sales inputs are captured and properly analysed
• Maintain and develop active relationships with KOLs and scientific societies.
• Management of promotional budget for product.
• Involve in developing marketing & product strategy
• Other tasks assigned by manager
Behind our Talents, there is YOU:
• Bachelor’ s degree or above in Medical, Pharmacy or related areas
• Past experience in Padiatric Urology or Padiatric nephrology or Gastroenterology and related field are preferred.
• Minimum 5 year sales or marketing experience in MNC ,with at least 2 years in local marketing or central marketing or sales
• Excellent capability of brand activity exploration and Implementation, as well as cross-indication collaboration and organization, including product materials development, KOL management etc.
• With good experiences of brand activity implementation and KPI tracking;
• Good product analysis and project management skills
• Positive work attitude and good communication skills
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership, self-driven
