Product Manager

Your role: 

We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the development and evolution of our Corporate Portal - an internal communication and engagement platform used across the company. Your main focus will be on shaping the product vision, improving user experience, and ensuring successful delivery of product enhancements that bring real value to employees. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to other products our team is building.

This is a hands-on Product Owner role with end-to-end involvement — from discovery and requirements through delivery and adoption.

You will:

• Maintain the product vision and roadmap for the Corporate Portal
• Engage in user discovery process and product research
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collect and analyze user feedback to understand needs, validate ideas, and improve user experience
• Translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Provide product context, remove ambiguity, and support decision-making throughout the development cycle
• Define success metrics, analyze results of released features, and drive continuous improvements
• Prepare product releases and support internal rollout, communication, and adoption

What makes you a great fit:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software product development
• Proven track record of delivering digital products from discovery through launch and iteration
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional product requirements and clear user stories
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including alignment across teams
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results in a dynamic environment

Nice to have:

• Experience building internal platforms, employee-facing products, or decision-making tools
• Experience with event-driven or microservices architectures
• Exposure to product analytics, UX research, or user onboarding and adoption
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to deliver results in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working both independently and collaborativel
