ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our user- and client-facing digital products and related experiences across the Edenred portfolio. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, driving onboarding, activation, payments experiences, self-service, and engagement in close collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and support.

This strategic, high-impact role will shape Edenred’s digital experiences for clients and end users, improving satisfaction, engagement, and business performance.

THE REQUIRED VIBE

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager building client- or end-user-facing web/mobile products; B2B2C experience is a plus.

  • Track record optimizing onboarding, activation, and self-service journeys using data, experimentation (A/B testing), and iterative delivery.

  • Experience defining product strategy, OKRs, and roadmaps; excellent prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams (design, engineering, analytics, marketing, operations) and managing external vendors/partners.

  • Hands-on user research skills: conducting interviews, usability tests, and translating insights into product decisions.

  • Working knowledge of Agile methods and phased releases.

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US BY

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Edenred Turkey’s digital assets (corporate website, product websites/microsites, mobile apps, and online tools).

  • Lead the project management of each new digital channel from discovery and planning to launch and subsequent iterations.

  • Lead UI/UX improvements with internal teams and trusted third parties; design lifecycle communications (e.g., onboarding and activation) and continuously refine them.

  • Translate insights into a prioritized backlog; run pre-analyses and business cases; deliver improvements aligned with the CX strategy and measurable outcomes.

  • Plan phased releases for apps and portals; instrument journeys with analytics; build dashboards to maximize self-service quality and operational visibility.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Support to understand needs and craft action plans that improve satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage third-party design/development partners effectively; ensure delivery quality, timelines, and budgets.

  • Measure and report performance of online products and tools; use the right combination of reporting and analytics to integrate multi-source data and generate actionable insights.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of best practices in web/mobile applications relevant to Edenred’s online activities; propose innovative, differentiating solutions leveraging the latest technologies.

  • Meet regularly with customers and users; run interviews, focus groups, and usability tests; validate problems/solutions and feed insights back into the roadmap.
