About the role

Retail media is shifting from siloed systems to interoperable ecosystems. Your mission will be to ensure our platform is connected, extensible, and future-proof — enabling advertisers and retailers to operate efficiently across a fast-evolving adtech and commerce ecosystem.

  • Work with engineering to develop the long-term architecture for “plug-and-play” connectivity across key ecosystem partners.
  • Evaluate and negotiate APIs, data sharing models, and compliance frameworks to support integration partnerships.
  • Translate integration requirements into clear API contracts, data mappings, and system behaviours.
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure secure, performant, and maintainable integrations.
  • Define and track non-functional requirements (NFRs) for integrations — including latency, uptime, observability, security and data quality.
  • Partner with the other platform domains (Audience, Measurement, and Booking) to ensure integrations unlock value across the ecosystem.
  • Define the end-to-end lifecycle of an adaptor from discovery to maintenance.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and ecosystem awareness — continuously scanning the market for new partners, data standards, and innovations shaping the future of retail media.

What we expect from you
