We’re Watts. Together, we’re reimagining the future of water.
We feel proud every day about what we do. We're all part of the same crucial mission, no matter what function we support -- it's to provide safe, clean water for the world, and to protect our planet's most valuable resource.
What we do:
For 150 years, Watts has built best-in-class products that are trusted by customers in residential and commercial settings across the world. We are at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technology to provide smart and connected, sustainable water solutions for the future. Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation — and we have a dynamic future ahead.
We are on a mission to build a differentiated, advantaged SaaS business that creates lasting value for our customers and our enterprise. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of the free experience bundled with “Works with Nexa”, including integration of devices into Nexa.
In this role, you will shape how thousands of customers first experience Nexa—and how they grow with it over time. You’ll own the end-to-end journey from first-time setup to daily engagement, translating connected equipment into an intuitive, experience customers genuinely rely on. Success means customers go from “installed” to activated, from “connected” to confident—and from the free experience to the paid tier through simple onboarding, clear value moments, and a thoughtful upgrade path that makes deeper capability feel like the natural next step.

Identify product and technology that need to be incorporated into the Nexa Equipment product roadmap
Work with a cross-functional team within Watts Digital and across Watts to define requirements and design features with the goal of securing product market fit and growth

Ensure the right quality and speed of execution together with software engineering
Use Product Lead Growth methodologies to increase the growth of Nexa
Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
Execution
Effectively prioritize and define product features so that Engineering, and others, can collaboratively design and execute

Continuously rebalance product / service features which maximize value to focus on the highest returning initiatives
During the initial phases of the product build, work closely with Commercial and Business Operations to drive a successful customer experience (in pilots and acquired customers) focused on value, with the aim to retain and grow the business
