About the role:
The Product Manager, Data & AI reporting directly into the Global Head of Data & AI will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data products that support Colliers’ global commercial real estate platform. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, translating real-world CRE problems into scalable data and AI solutions.
You will work closely with the data & AI team, engineering, cloud partners (GCP, Azure), and business stakeholders across regions to deliver products that are secure, compliant, and locally relevant while scaling globally. This is a hands-on product role focused on outcomes, adoption, and business impact not experimentation for experimentation’s sake.
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for data and AI products aligned to Colliers’ global strategy
Identify high-value use cases across commercial real estate (e.g., leasing, property management, capital markets, valuation, market intelligence, portfolio analytics, document automation)
Balance global standardization with regional and market-specific needs
Translate business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
Partner with data, engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver products on our cloud platforms
Manage backlog prioritization, release planning, and iterative delivery
Ensure products meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and data governance
Act as the primary product interface between business leaders, brokers, researchers, and technical teams
Ensure AI products are explainable, trustworthy, and usable by non-technical users
Support responsible AI practices, including model monitoring, bias awareness, and governance
Partner with change management and enablement teams to drive adoption and impact
Define KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and ROI
What you bring:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with data, analytics, or AI-enabled products
Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML concepts
Experience working in complex, enterprise environments with global stakeholders
Experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or another asset-heavy industry
Experience building products on Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Apigee, Looker, etc.)
Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and enterprise compliance requirements
Experience working with distributed, global teams
Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into shipped products
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $129,750 to $140,000 CAD.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
