The Home Buying team unlocks the dream of Home Ownership for Australians through end-to-end management of the Home Loan business, including distribution, acquisition, retention, customer experience, risk, change, and continuous improvement.

The Manage and Own (M&O) Crew looks after the in-life experiences for our home loan customers, including but not limited to value and loyalty creation, variation, retention, offset arrangements and departure. This secondment role sits within the Offsets Engagement squad in M&O.

Do work that matters

Reporting to a Chapter lead and the Product Owner of the Offsets Engagement Squad, the Product Manager will be responsible in continuing the enhance the Everyday Offset arrangements experience for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behaviour, risk issue and incident management, analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver great customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the Everyday Offset product experience, aligned with customer needs and business priorities.

  • Leverage customer data and insights to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities to improve the end-to-end experience.

  • Review customer breakpoints to identify and deliver customer experience improvement opportunities

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver change for our customers to improve customer experience and outcomes

  • Partner with Risk and Compliance to proactively identify and manage operational and other risks in the portfolio

  • Manage operational risk incidents and implement control improvements where needed.

  • Assist with developing and delivering on a roadmap of initiatives targeting enhancing the home loan experience for HL customers
