What You’ll Be Doing
Define and drive product vision and roadmap based on user needs, stakeholder input, and business priorities
Gather, document, and prioritize product requirements through direct engagement with customers and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with engineering to deliver product features, including contributing to requirements, UI concepts, and prototype reviews
Monitor product performance using defined metrics and continuously improve quality and operational efficiency
Support sales and marketing efforts through product demonstrations, training materials, and market research
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles
Experience working in medical imaging and understanding of clinical trial processes
Proven ability to gather and translate business and user requirements into product solutions
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmap development, and execution
Strong collaboration and team leadership capabilities
Ability to work in Costa Rica
