What You’ll Be Doing
The Product Manager will support the ongoing growth of the Spider platform, ensure successful delivery of key product initiatives, and help us achieve our strategic objectives while delivering value to our customers efficiently. This critical role is responsible for defining, developing, and delivering innovative products that meet organizational needs and align with our business objectives. The Product Manager provides leadership and analytical expertise, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to drive product vision and execution. The role collaborates with technology project managers, business analysts, and product development teams to ensure seamless delivery and effective product showcasing across the organization.

How You’ll Succeed
Strategic Product Development & Execution: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Define product requirements and create detailed roadmaps. Collaborate closely with designers, development teams, business analysts, and QA teams to execute product plans. Lead product launches and ensure successful go-to-market strategies. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute product strategy based on feedback from business and technology partners. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and customer value. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. Contribute to technology roadmaps that are aligned with the bank’s vision, strategy, and business objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Present product updates and results to stakeholders and leadership. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product success. Drive and moderate review sessions to align stakeholders on product direction. Support and mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and effective problem solving.
Who You Are
You can demonstrate 8-10+ years’ experience in product management, developing and delivering products in a technology-driven environment, with expertise in product vision, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.

You have a degree/diploma: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
