About the role

As a Product Manager at Bees Link, you will help shape a global B2B web platform used by large modern trade customers to place high-volume, centralized orders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support the broader modern trade ecosystem beyond the core order-taking journey.

What you'll do:

  • Be part of a cross-functional product team responsible for Bees Link, the web platform that supports ABI’s largest modern trade customers.
  • Work on product initiatives beyond the core order-taking journey, supporting modern trade ecosystem use cases such as pricing tools, discounts, campaigns, and post-order experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver value at scale.
  • Translate business needs and user problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and priorities.
  • Advocate for the user experience of centralized buyers, retailers, and vendors operating in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Support discovery activities such as user interviews, data analysis, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.
  • Monitor product performance, learn from outcomes, and continuously iterate to improve results.

What you'll need:

  • University degree in a field related to the role;
  • Experience working in technology-driven environments, preferably in product, engineering, business, or operations roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand technical constraints and trade-offs (hands-on coding experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Clear and structured communication skills to articulate ideas and decisions to different stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development practices.
  • Advanced English for daily communication in a global environment.
  • Experience with B2B products, platforms, or large enterprise users is a plus.
