Hull Performance Product Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end management of the Hull Performance product portfolio, including in-phasing, out-phasing, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle strategy.
- Develop and implement annual activity plans in close collaboration with global product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Drive product development projects through Hempel’s stage-gate process—from concept to commercialization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Deliver internal and external product training, support global launches, and create compelling promotional content.
- Partner with the global sales force to accelerate adoption of new solutions among key marine customers.
- Ensure all activities align with Hempel’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Master’s degree (MSc or MBA) in a technical, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in product management—ideally within coatings, marine, shipping, or adjacent industrial sectors.
- Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and influencing abilities in English (written and verbal).
- High motivation, ownership, and a collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
