Product Manager Auto Leasing

As Product Manager , you will have a central role in ensuring that leasing products, processes, and governance are fit for the Danish market and support sustainable commercial growth.
While daily partner and dealer engagement is primarily handled by Key Account Managers, you will contribute with a holistic overview of internal leasing set-ups, processes, and performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, risk, compliance, legal, operations, and IT to ensure that leasing solutions are seamless, competitive, compliant, and operationally efficient.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that leasing products and end-to-end processes are compliant with Danish leasing legislation, including VAT and registration tax
- Maintaining oversight of leasing processes to ensure solutions are fit for market, scalable, and operationally sound
- Monitoring financial performance and contributing to achievement of KPIs
- Supporting product development, optimization, and continuous improvement of leasing solutions and workflows
- Contributing with market, regulatory, and process insights to stakeholders

This role suits a person who combines strong process understanding with regulatory insight and a structured commercial mindset.
We expect that you bring:
- Several years of experience from leasing, financing, or automotive B2B, preferably in a role with process or product responsibility
- Solid knowledge of Danish leasing legislation, including legal structures, VAT, and registration tax
- Experience with financial KPIs, leasing calculations, and performance analysis
- Ability to understand and manage end-to-end processes across commercial, operational, and compliance areas
- A structured, analytical, and quality-conscious working style with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Clear communication skills and the ability to translate complex regulatory or process topics into practical solutions
- Relevant higher education (e.g. HH, HD, or equivalent)
