Your Team
Within Retail Banking Services (RBS) the Customer Identity & Digital Trust Services Domain builds scalable services for consumption across the Enterprise including CBA’s market leading CommBank app, its desktop asset Netbank, as well as into other business lines such as Business Banking, frontline applications and partners (e.g. CommBiz).

Your impact and contribution
As a Product Manager, you will be a passionate professional who is driven by a desire to translate vision into exceptional identity experiences for our customers. Drawing from your product experience, you’re constantly pushing the boundaries to help unlock more value for customers. Your passion for and ability to solve complex problems is key to delivering best-in-class solutions to market. You will use experimentation, data, and research to guide decisions and continuously improve the customer and security experience
You will partner with Retail Technology, Security, and different channels to contribute to the vision, product strategy, and roadmap of authorisation and security. You will continuously define ways to build strong preventative controls that protect customers and make CBA the safest place to bank.
You will be an innovator who is willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into complex technical and organisational challenges, framing them simply, and translating them into structured outcomes. You will continually develop, innovate and adapt the identity and authorisation strategy and roadmap based on the latest industry advancements, competitive insights, and emerging threats, to ensure our capabilities remain ahead of the curve, and in alignment to CBA’s strategic goals. You will be expected to track product performance, adoption, and customer outcomes, continuously tuning the service based on measurable results.
You have a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity coupled with the resilience and tenacity to see things through. You have experience working in a fast paced, agile environment and use leading practices with an appreciation for the value of continuously unlocking outcomes and user testing.
We’re interested in hearing from a passionate product manager with relevant skills and experience including:
Experience with the complete product lifecycle from idea to launch, ongoing measurement, iteration, scale and continuous evolution
Excellent analytical problem-solving and commercial acumen
Experience in building digital experiences to strengthen digital security, authorisation and knowledge of Agentic AI desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience in introducing innovative technology and digital security solutions to strengthen controls in preventing fraud and scams (preferred)
Expert written communication and presentation skills
Effective interpersonal skills – collaboration, influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution
