Product Manager - Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities: Work on the Data Integration team, solving complex industry-wide issues across various alternative investment products. Identify customer needs by analyzing client feedback, and work directly with clients to deploy integrated technology solutions to the desktops of financial advisors. Develop and implement analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information and find scalable solutions that meet business requirements. Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems using data-oriented programming languages, visualization software, data mining, and data modeling techniques. Apply knowledge of SQL and database languages to perform root cause analyses of data discrepancies and develop data reports that visualize, interpret, and report data findings. Operate within an agile development framework to manage technical considerations, working closely with the engineering team to deliver solutions to complex problems. Own and drive strategic growth initiatives, working with external and internal stakeholders to improve platform.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in financial services or financial technology. Must have three (3) years of experience with the following: working with SQL or related database languages; working with external and internal stakeholders to improve financial platforms; performing QA testing and business analysis; working with Confluence to document requirements; mapping out user stories; leveraging Agile methodologies to prioritize and roll out features; and working in QA and UAT environments. Must have two (2) years of experience constructing wireframes and designing user experiences. Must have one (1) year of experience working with technology stacks for cloud-based applications. Experience can be gained concurrently.

 

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $177,000 depending on level and experience.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
