Job Profile Summary
Under the direction of the VP of Global Products and Technology, the Product Manager, AI Strategy & Enablement is responsible for the AI capabilities and use cases within the enterprise AI portfolio. This role establishes and maintains AI roadmaps in partnership with business, technology, security, and data stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives are prioritized, governed, and scaled in alignment with strategic imperatives.
The Product Manager maintains a broad and current view of AI technologies, enterprise readiness, regulatory considerations, and emerging trends, ensuring AI adoption delivers measurable business value while managing risk.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy / Planning
Maintain an understanding of overall business strategy and how AI capabilities and use cases support strategic priorities
Maintain a deep understanding of internal business partners, workflows, and organizational readiness for AI adoption
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to plan and maintain an AI portfolio roadmap spanning experimentation, pilot, and scaled deployment
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, AI engineering, data, security, and delivery teams to translate business opportunities into well‑scoped and governed AI initiatives
Drive innovation by incorporating emerging AI technologies and solution patterns into the AI roadmap
Interface with internal partners regarding AI strategy, capabilities, value propositions, and usage expectations
Develop and manage AI adoption and enablement strategies across the enterprise
Work with Communications and Technology leaders to establish clear messaging that promotes responsible AI understanding and adoption
Define, track, and communicate business value metrics for AI initiatives, including ROI assumptions, realized value, and operating costs
Partner with Technology, Security, Legal, and Compliance to define and maintain AI governance standards, guardrails, and operating agreements
Manage capital investment planning to support AI experimentation, platform investments, and scaled deployments
Consider risk and risk management in the design, deployment, and operation of AI capabilities
Associate Management
Build and manage product or portfolio specialists supporting AI use‑case intake and value tracking, as appropriate
Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and responsible experimentation
Mentor product team members on communication, prioritization, and decision‑making
Comply with all policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience
10+ years in technology, data, or platform leadership roles
5+ years working with AI/ML or advanced analytics in enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience building operating models, governance frameworks, or CoEs
Skills & Attributes
Strong strategic and systems thinker with pragmatic execution mindset
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and emerging technology
Excellent communicator with both technical and executive stakeholders
Deep appreciation for security, risk, and regulatory considerations
Technical Acumen
Strong conceptual understanding of modern AI/ML and generative AI architectures
Familiarity with cloud platforms, data platforms, and MLOps concepts
Not required to be a daily coder, but must credibly engage technical teams
