Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Product Manager – AI Security Assistant to be part of making this happen.
Position Overview and Objective
The Product Manager, AI Security Assistant is responsible for owning the strategic roadmap and execution of our AI Security Assistant (ASA), a cutting-edge conversational AI experience that serves as both an internal SOC productivity tool and a customer-facing interface for our MDR platform and services. This role focuses on developing and enhancing our chatbot capabilities to create the "Siri for SecOps," including strategic integration with our EPP/EDR product line to deliver seamless conversational security operations experiences. The Product Manager will work closely with SOC teams, customer success organizations, and AI/ML engineering teams to deliver intelligent conversational interfaces that enhance both analyst productivity and customer engagement. This individual will drive the evolution of conversational AI in cybersecurity, ensuring ASA becomes an indispensable tool for security operations and customer interaction.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
AI Security Assistant Strategy & Roadmap:
· Own the comprehensive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the AI Security Assistant across internal SOC and customer-facing use cases
· Define and prioritize ASA capabilities that enhance SOC analyst productivity, streamline security operations workflows, and improve customer self-service experiences
· Drive strategic integration planning for ASA across MDR platform, EPP/EDR products, and broader security operations ecosystem
Conversational AI Product Management:
· Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for ASA, including natural language understanding, response generation, and integration capabilities
· Define, prioritize, and maintain detailed product backlogs for conversational AI features, SOC workflow integrations, and customer experience enhancements
· Collaborate with AI/ML engineering teams to translate conversational requirements into technical specifications for large language models and dialogue systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:
· Partner with SOC teams to identify and prioritize internal use cases where conversational AI can enhance analyst efficiency and decision-making
· Work closely with Customer Success and customer-facing teams to define external ASA capabilities that improve customer engagement and platform adoption
· Collaborate with EPP/EDR product teams to design seamless conversational experiences across the security product portfolio User Experience & Conversation Design:
· Work with UX teams and conversation designers to create intuitive, effective conversational flows for both technical and non-technical users
· Ensure ASA delivers contextually relevant, accurate responses that enhance rather than complicate security operations workflows
· Drive continuous optimization of conversational experiences based on user feedback, usage analytics, and performance metrics
Product Delivery & Performance Optimization:
· Act as product delivery champion for ASA initiatives, ensuring conversational AI capabilities meet both internal operational and customer experience standards
· Monitor and measure ASA adoption, user satisfaction, query resolution rates, and impact on operational efficiency
· Continuously optimize natural language processing, response accuracy, and integration performance based on real-world usage data
Strategic Integration & Platform Evolution:
· Lead ASA integration initiatives across MDR platform, EPP/EDR products, and third-party security tools to create unified conversational experiences
· Drive the development of "Siri for SecOps" capabilities that enable natural language security operations across the entire product ecosystem
· Contribute to broader AI strategy and conversational interface standards across the product organization
Key Skills
Conversational AI & Natural Language Processing:
· Knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, and AI-powered conversation optimization techniques
· Technical aptitude to comprehend conversational AI architecture, training methodologies, and performance measurement Security Operations Expertise:
· Strong understanding of SOC workflows, security analyst tasks, and operational efficiency challenges that can be addressed through conversational AI
· Knowledge of security tools, platforms, and data sources that ASA needs to integrate with and query
· Familiarity with security operations terminology, processes, and decision-making frameworks
Customer Experience & Interface Design:
· Experience designing customer-facing AI interfaces and self-service capabilities
· Understanding of user experience principles for conversational interfaces and voice/chat interaction design
· Knowledge of customer journey mapping and engagement optimization through AI-powered interfaces
Product Management Excellence:
· Proven ability to manage product roadmaps with multiple stakeholder groups and technical dependencies
· Experience translating conversational requirements into technical specifications and measurable outcomes
· Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize conversational AI performance and user satisfaction
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
· Ability to communicate effectively with AI/ML engineers, security operations teams, and customer-facing organizations
· Experience facilitating collaboration between technical teams and operational security stakeholders
