Job Summary

We build Concierge OS—the intelligence layer that makes Xfinity experiences personalized and proactive. As a Product Manager, you’ll turn real customer signals into simple, reusable standards and feedback loops that improve recommendations, service, and commerce across digital and assisted channels. The scale is unique: impact millions of households today, with a clear path to enterprise use (Comcast Business) and syndication partners (e.g. Rogers). You’ll directly support generative experiences powered by LLMs, shipping with engineering at high velocity and measuring outcomes week over week. We are seeking a curious, collaborative, and user-focused Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of personalized digital experiences. This role will focus on enabling data-driven capabilities that power smarter interactions across multiple channels and platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, data, and customer experience, helping to unlock value for both customers and the business.
As a Product Manager, AI Platforms, you will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve personalization, decisioning, and contextualization across our ecosystem.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Define and evolve product capabilities tha tenable personalized, data-driven experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to discover and deliver solutions.
  • Support governance and adoption processes that improve data quality and integration.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, concise communication for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment, making trade-offs where necessary.
  • Advocate for user empathy and ensure solutions deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay curious and continuously learn about AI, data platforms, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related field.
  • Familiarity with data-driven products, schemas, or event-based architectures is a plus.
  • Experience working with AI or personalization technologies preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
