Today, the global supply chain is plagued by manual, slow, and fragmented processes and data that force companies to rely heavily on email, spreadsheets and manual labor to manage complex, ever-shifting operational workflows. Agentforce for Supply Chain is reimagining the supply chain by empowering companies to collaborate and automate complex business processes on a single platform. We’re looking for an outstanding Product Manager to drive the future of the Agentforce for Supply Chain platform, specifically focused on using AI to generate applications and business processes. This involves scoping & designing AI-powered features for business users, working closely with Engineering & Research to deliver cutting-edge AI features, defining experiments and evaluation strategies, and monitoring quality in production at scale. Previous work experience with AI is not required, but candidates should have a strong interest in AI and hands-on experience with LLM-based tools.
Responsibilities & Impact:
Define and own product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI application generation on the Agentforce for Supply Chain platform.
Collaborate with engineering & AI research teams to scope, prioritize and drive feature specifications.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to adoption, including requirements with prioritized features, corresponding justification, and success metrics.
Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities.
Research and understand industry trends and competition in Generative AI.
Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and community sites and social media.
Required Skills
1-3 years of Product Management experience.
Data-driven mindset for defining metrics/experiments and using data to inform decision making.
Deep intuition for capabilities and limitation of LLMs and AI in general. This can be from hand on experience with AI-powered tools, previous work experience, or educational coursework.
Good understanding of AI landscape and trends.
Experience working in and delivering customer-facing products or services in an agile/lean environment.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience. presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive, critical issues.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills
A related technical degree required
Knowledge of Generative AI evaluation and testing approaches.
Experience driving deep collaborations within the company and with external partners and customers.

The typical base salary range for this position is $184,000 - $253,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $200,800 - $276,100 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
