Main Responsibilities:
•Review Endo promotional plans with EndoManager and ensure resources are planned.
•Develop well thought out business plans and account profiles and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve planned targeted revenue for Endo product lines.
•Monitor sales performance, competitor moves and market trend on a regular basis with on time report for management review.
•Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty and increase market share.
•Identifying Key Opinion Leaders and building strong business relationships with these customers.
•Work closely with sales team /Distributors to deliver credible presentation/ education to HCP, business partner and customer whenever necessary.
•Manipulate routine product management responsibilities including A&P management, forecasting, product training, handling customer inquiries, etc.
Skills & Experience Required:*
- University graduate or above preferable medical devices, health care management field at least 3-6 years sales/ marketing experience
- Nurse or cath lab related working experience will be preferable
-Excellent spoken and written of English and local language
-Experience gained in multinational medical device companies will be an advantage
