JOB DESCRIPTION:
Chief Implementer of Brand Positioning, Brand Establishment and Brand Reach policies. Indulges in Brand Planning initiatives for the product range and establishes and maintains excellent client relationships.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing the Brand Abbott RDx value on the customer mind
- Coordinates with the customers and internal departments to resolve escalated issues pertaining to quality, product development, procurement etc.
- To prepare pricing policies and ensure budgeted profitability
- Promoting Abbott Rapid diagnostics product range through organization of big events, Continuing Medical Education (CMEs) and state level seminars and lectures.
- Collect and compile current Customer information data by tracking product sales and maintain relationship with regular clients
- Handling customer queries, providing hands on training, application training to the customers to ensure the customer satisfaction
- Develop regional KOLs for brand building per franchise
- Work very closely with the regional team on New Product launches and adhere to the timelines as required
- Consolidate and present data gathered as part of Customer Feedback in terms of need fulfillment, ease of use, accuracy of results, lead time for result generation and easy availability of the product
- Present data gathered as part of Market Research for New Product Viability in terms of client need assessment, product key features for need fulfillment and product technology to ensure product success in the market.
- Understand and implement global strategy to percolate into the region and adhere to it
- Help sales team in developing key messaging, technical discussion, query handling and day to day field working
- Act as a window person to implement regional strategies to the country
- Analyze market and Abbott’s market share in terms of product and revenue
- Establish Abbott Brand and increase its reach through
- Identification of Relevant Medical Journals and placement of Abbott product review and advertisements on a regular basis
- Identifying Information for distribution on Abbott Voice (Official Blog)
- Organization of Corporate Video Shoot
- Advertisement on other online media
- Organization of Welfare Camps in Resident Societies
- Decision for participation in Information Camps and Exhibitions at district and state level
- Conduct Regular Refresher Training Course for Primary and Secondary Sales Team
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
• Graduate / Post-graduate in Science preferably degree in Business Management (Majors in Marketing)
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ of experience, Health care industry experience in diagnostics will be an added advantage.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
