What you will be doing:
Conduct user experience studies analyzing road users behavior to inspire product decisions
Closely work with product and engineering teams to define the product based on the studies
Drive execution across eng and operation teams
Tie the issues to root causes and solutions in issue management system (JIRA)
What we need to see:
Pursuing an MBA (graduating in Dec 2026 or spring 2027)
Deep knowledge of issue management tools (i.e. JIRA)
3+ years of experience in software engineering or automotive engineering
Knowledge or experience with AV products
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Deep knowledge of L2/3 autonomous driving systems
Deep understanding of categorizing incoming product level issues into useful categories
Deep knowledge of driving product engineering stack
Previous experience working in or closely with a Product Management team.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay based on the position, your location, year in school, degree, and experience. The hourly rate for our interns is 27 USD - 82 USD.You will also be eligible for Intern benefits.
