Are you ready to jumpstart your career with hands-on experience at one of the world’s largest food companies? Tyson Foods is seeking a driven, detail-oriented BU Product Management Intern. This year‑round internship offers exposure to real-world product management work, cross-functional collaboration, and impactful projects that help shape the future of food.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product and Marketing Managers to support core business activities and new product development. You’ll gain practical experience working with data, financial reporting, product availability, and marketing materials while building critical analytical, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Unit Product Management team with day-to-day and project-based work.
  • Assist with inventory management, product availability tracking, financial and performance reporting, and data research.
  • Help develop marketing and product materials, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support new product development and launch activities, including timelines, documentation, and coordination.
  • Participate in product quality cuttings, recaps, and related analysis.
  • Create and maintain Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations used by leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance.

Requirements

  • Education: Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related majors preferred. Junior or Senior standing preferred, with at least one year of school remaining.
  • Experience: Previous office or work experience preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with multiple levels of leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with other MS Office tools preferred.
  • Special Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multitask in a dynamic environment, and eager to learn.
  • Location: Must live within 60 miles of Tyson Foods’ Springdale, AR World Headquarters and be able to work on-site.
